We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fish Farm Supervisor
Location: Enugu


Summary

* We are currently looking for a male Fish Farm Supervisor residing in Enugu to join our growing team.
* The ideal candidate should be hands-on, experienced in fish farming, and able to effectively oversee day-to-day operations at our farm.
* The successful candidate will report directly to the Farm Manager.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily fish feeding, breeding, sorting, and harvesting
* Monitor fish health and water quality
* Supervise farm workers and enforce farm protocols
* Maintain equipment, ponds, and infrastructure
* Keep accurate records of stock, feed, and farm operations
* Report performance and issues to the Farm Manager regularly.


Requirements

* Male candidate based in Enugu (applications from outside Enugu will not be considered)
* Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in aquaculture or fish farming
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Physically fit and capable of working in an outdoor, hands-on environment
* Basic understanding of pond management and water quality monitoring.
