Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

* Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of all items, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
* Receiving and Dispatching: Overseeing the receipt of incoming goods, inspecting for quality and accuracy, and managing the distribution of items to users or customers.
* Storage and Handling: Ensuring proper storage and handling of all items to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and stock levels.
* Stock Audits: Conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling them with recorded data.
* Order Processing: Receiving and processing purchase requisitions, preparing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of items.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.


Requirements

* Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with accounting background.
