Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

* As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our restoration workshop and administrative processes.


Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians and administrative staff.
* Work closely with technicians to maintain and elevate the highest standards of leather restoration quality.
* Manage inventory of restoration materials, chemicals, and tools, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement.
* Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.


Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an Operations Management role, preferably within a service-oriented industry or manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies.


Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
