Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
* Process quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
* Liaise with customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM).
* Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market insights for the sales team.
* Follow up on leads and assist in nurturing client relationships.


Job Requirements

* Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 0-2 years of experience in sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
