Job Title: Head of Warehouse
Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos

Job Summary

* We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Warehouse to oversee and manage all warehouse operations for our fast-paced FMCG business.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, managing warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate inventory records.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
* Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
* Monitor inventory levels and implement control systems to reduce wastage, loss, and pilferage.
* Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
* Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve workflow and space utilization.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement, sales, and distribution teams.
* Analyze warehouse performance data and generate regular reports for management.
* Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners when applicable.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years proven experience in warehouse or inventory management within the FMCG sector.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Solid understanding of warehouse best practices, health & safety standards, and inventory control.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.


Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
