We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Buyer
Location: Lagos


Key Responsibilities

* Support the procurement team with the preparation of purchase orders and sourcing documentation.
* Assist in evaluating supplier quotations and ensuring timely follow-up on deliveries.
* Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in generating reports.
* Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve delays, and ensure quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.


Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
* 0–3 years of experience in procurement or a related administrative role (internship experience included).
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
* Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
