We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Sales Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / GM, Sales & Marketing


Job Summary

* The Technical Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales of the company’s technology products and solutions by identifying customer needs, providing appropriate technical solutions, and delivering value-based selling.
* The role combines in-depth product knowledge with strong sales and relationship management skills to support business growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage prospective clients to promote DreamWorks’ ICT products, solutions, and services (Laptops | ICT Servers | Services & Solutions).
* Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
* Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate hardware, software, or service-based solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales & marketing) to deliver tailored proposals and quotes.
* Prepare bids, tenders, and technical documentation for client submissions.
* Follow up on sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company pricing and compliance standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
* Ensure after-sales follow-up, technical support coordination, and client satisfaction.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.


Requirements & Qualifications

* B.Sc Degree / HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
* 2+ years of experience in technical sales or B2B ICT product sales.
* Strong understanding of ICT hardware (laptops, servers, networking devices) and software solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CRM experience is an added advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
