Job Title: Field Operations Personnel
Locations: Abuja & Lagos

Position Overview

* The Field Operations Personnel is responsible for hands-on support and execution of on-ground events, brand activations, and related field operations.
* This role ensures all logistical and operational elements run smoothly from setup to breakdown contributing to a seamless and impactful event experience.


Key Responsibilities

* On-Ground Support: Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of event venues, including signage, equipment, props, and materials.
* Event Execution: Support the coordination and smooth running of activations, ensuring operational readiness and attention to detail throughout the event.
* Logistics Management: Handle logistics such as transporting event materials, loading/unloading supplies, and coordinating on-site deliveries.
* Vendor Liaison: Work alongside vendors and service providers during events to ensure timely execution of responsibilities (e.g., sound, lighting, catering, rentals).
* Inventory & Equipment: Track and manage event-related equipment and materials before, during, and after activations to ensure accountability and proper use.
* Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues on the ground to minimise disruption and maintain a high-quality guest experience.
* Reporting & Feedback: Provide detailed feedback after each event regarding logistics, execution, and any challenges encountered to support post-event evaluation.


Requirements

* Minimum of OND qualification; additional certification in Logistics, Event Support, or related field is a plus
* 1–2 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or event support roles
* Physically fit and able to handle hands-on duties (e.g., lifting, setup)
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
* Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
* Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, or travel for assignments as needed
* Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
