Job Summary

* We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tastia Restaurant.
* As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
* You will lead a team of waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:
* Supervise and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
* Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Customer Service:
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
* Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
* Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

Operations Management:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and ambiance.
* Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Store Management:
* Manage the restaurant's physical space, including maintenance, cleanliness, and ambiance.
* Ensure compliance with company standards for store appearance and layout.
* Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

Sales Growth and Marketing:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and its offerings.


Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
