We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Enterprise & SME Sales)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

* We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development * Executive to join our Sales team
* This role focuses on acquiring, developing, and retaining Enterprise and SME clients by providing tailored connectivity and ICT solutions that meet their business needs.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Enterprise and SME segments.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and revenue goals.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Customer Service, Billing, etc.) to deliver solutions.
* Report on sales pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics regularly.
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM tools.


Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecoms or ICT sector.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with enterprise connectivity solutions (e.g., MPLS, fiber, VPN, dedicated internet, cloud).
