* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and investment properties.
* Develop and implement growth strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
* Manage client relationships from lead generation to post-sale support.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotional campaigns and brand awareness.


Requirments

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
