Job Title: Administrative Manager (Supervisor)

Job Summary

* A fast-rising Fashion House in Ikeja is looking for an Experienced Administrative Manager to oversee staff performance, maintain structure, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.
* This is a supervisory role, ideal for someone who knows how to keep people on their toes while maintaining professionalism and order.


Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily activities of tailors, admin, sales, and logistics staff
* Ensure all team members are punctual, productive, and compliant with internal standards
* Maintain operational checklists and ensure processes are followed
* Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management
* Monitor workflow and handle basic HR/admin tasks
* Identify inefficiencies and provide timely solutions
* Support in inventory, scheduling, and client service coordination


Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative and supervisory roles
* Proximity to Ikeja is mandatory
* Prior experience in a fashion house is an added advantage
* Must be disciplined, firm, organized, and detail-oriented
* Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
* Must be proactive and able to manage people with emotional intelligence
* Ability to use basic digital tools (e.g. Excel, WhatsApp, reporting templates).
