A Farm security guard ensures the safety of the farm property, personnel, and assets by monitoring access, responding to emergencies, and reporting security lapses.

This includes:

* Regular inspection of the farm premises for any security lapses or threat
* Verifying the identity of farm visitors
* Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and appropriately
* Maintain security logs
* Care for farm security dogs
