Lagos-based advertising agency, 7even Interactive, has reaffirmed its commitment to creativity and innovation as it marks its 10th anniversary.

According to a statement, 7even Interactive’s Chief Executive Officer, Taiwo Agboola, made this pledge at a recent celebration at the company’s Ikeja office. He assured stakeholders that the agency would continue pushing the advertising industry’s boundaries.

“If the past ten years were about building, the next ten would be about elevating – more innovation, impact, and fearless creativity,” Agboola said. “We will continue to push ourselves to be better, to think differently, and to stay intentional about everything we do.”

Agboola described the milestone as the beginning of a new era for the agency. “Ten years ago, we set out with a vision to be more than just another agency.”

We wanted to create work that doesn’t just win awards but wins hearts, changes perceptions, and inspires action,” he noted.

Acknowledging the firm faced challenges at inception, Agboola noted that the company started modestly but had grown into one of Nigeria’s leading advertising agencies. “Sometimes, I must remind myself that we are just ten years old. We made projections that many thought were ambitious, some of which we have achieved and others have not. Thus, we still have a lot of work to do,” he added.

He attributed the agency’s success to its team, clients, and the broader marketing communications industry. “To our clients, your challenging briefs and ambitious timelines have pushed us to deliver our best work. To our industry peers and regulators, your collaboration has been invaluable,” he said.

Founded in 2015 during a challenging economic period, 7even Interactive said it has navigated industry hurdles to carve out a unique space with its innovative advertising approach. The agency emphasised that it remains committed to redefining the sector and strengthening connections between brands and consumers.
