We are recruiting highly competent, talented, self-motivated and result oriented individuals to fill the position below in the Marketing Communications Department:

Job Title: Head, Marketing
Location: Nigeria


Summary

* Responsible for setting the overall marketing direction for the company, this role will drive business growth through strategic marketing planning, brand development, market analytics, and campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and execution of multi- channel marketing strategies.
* Analyze customer trends, market insights, and competitor movements to shape go-to- market strategies.
* Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Digital teams to align marketing with business objectives.


Requirements & Skills

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
* Minimum of 20 years experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in fintech, telecoms, or financial services.
* Proven record of leading successful product marketing campaigns and market entry strategies.
