We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

* Prepare audited financial reports
* Perform all basic accounting procedures, financial statement preparation, month-end closing, journal entries and general ledger maintenance, inventory roll forwards, and fixed assets and margin analysis; prepare supporting schedules for financial statements preparation.
* Review, analyse and reconcile general ledger accounts and investment transactions in conjunction with preparing quarterly reports for management
* Overseeing accounting processes
* Developing budgets and financial plans
* Monitor and review all records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions
* Serve as company liaison with auditors.
* Ensuring regulatory compliance


Requirements

* Post-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 5 - 7years of accounting experience in an oil and gas company or other related companies
* Proficient using MS Word (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as applicable accounting software
* Thorough knowledge of general accounting principles, including application of general accounting theory.
* Strong leadership and proven supervisory skills
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work and interact with departments and client organizations.
