Summary

* The business is expanding rapidly and needs a sharp, tech-driven Accountant to manage all things finance — from day-to-day bookkeeping to strategic financial reporting.
* This isn’t your typical accounting job.
* You’ll be a key player in shaping the financial backbone of a business that values innovation, independence, and impact.


Your Mission

* Take full ownership of financial operations - from invoicing and payroll to budgeting and compliance
* Use cloud-based accounting software (think Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar) to streamline and automate financial processes
* Generate insightful financial reports to guide decision-making
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors when needed
* Help identify cost-saving opportunities and support pricing strategies
* Collaborate directly with the business founder to support growth plans.


You Are:
* A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
* Highly proficient in modern accounting tools and systems
* Obsessed with accuracy and efficiency
* A proactive problem-solver who loves autonomy
* Excited about working in a growing business where no two days are the same
* Tech-forward - you love finding smarter ways to get work done
* Bonus: Experience in a startup or consultancy environment.
