We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Credit Operations
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement real timerisk assessments strategies for our internal loan approvals and credit limit adjustments.
* Develop and implement credit underwriting policies and procedures.
* Monitor credit worthiness of business using trend analysis.
* Perform risk assesments on potential loan recipients based on credit rating, borrowing history and other specific risk factors.
* Continously monitor loan portfolios to identify trends ,early warning signals and potential defaults.
* Apply quantitative and data analytics to enhance loan performance.
* Ensure financial leverage for Rivy through the portfolio loan management.
* Mitigate the company exposure to bad debts and ensure 100%compliance to regulatory requirements.


Requirements

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting,Economics,Datascience, statistics or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in credit risk and lending operations ideally in Fintech,Microfinance,digital lendingor Energy finance
* Strong analytical thinking, team leadership, regulatory understanding and data driven decision making.
* Be knowledgeable in credit risk modelling , financial data analytics and cash flows for business.
* Great at managing liquidity, customer profiling ,working capital optimization and trade finance deals.
* Have strong business acumen and understanding of the Nigerian ecosystem
* Possess excellent communication anad decision making abilities.


Salary
N900,000 - N1,100,000 / Month.
