Job Description

* Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of company/clients
* Create and manage SharePoint Page for Operations and link up all sub-departmental pages.
* Follow up and improve document control procedures.
* Conduct regular reviews and document audits
* Maintain and update documents on SharePoint
* Organise and distribute documents within Production
* Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
* Create templates for reports
* Manages requests for documentation
* Records and takes minutes during meetings
