Role Summary

* We are seeking a result–driven Customer Service – Sales Administrator to provide quality customer service.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders and transactions, providing proactive customer outreach, handling customer complaints, and responding to customer reviews.


Key Responsibilities

* Processing orders and transactions (Outside Lagos Customers).
* Providing proactive customer outreach.
* Handling customer complaints.
* Collecting and analysing customer feedback.
* Responding to customers' reviews.
* Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.


Qualifications & Experience

* HND or B.Sc. in any field.
* Good Knowledge of MS Office.
* 1 - 3 years of experience as a Customer Service – Sales Administrator.
