Job Summary

* We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and help our leaders and staff complete administrative tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist with day-to-day gym operations, including member check-ins, membership inquiries, and scheduling.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing member concerns, assisting with gym Operations.
* Maintain gym cleanliness and organization.
* Handle administrative tasks, such as updating member records, processing payments, and tracking inventory.
* Support the management team with special projects and gym events.
* Coordinate and monitor equipment maintenance and repairs.


Qualifications

* HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant field
* Prior experience in customer service, operations preferably in a gym.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
* Work Hours: 7:00am- 4:00pm Monday- Saturday (one day off) 1:00pm- 9:00pm twice a month.


Salary
N142,000 Monthly.
