Job Title: HR / Admin Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization by overseeing office operations, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.


Requirements

* Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
* CIPM or other HR-related certifications are an added advantage
* Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong people management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
* Quick to understand and adapt to workplace dynamics
* Familiarity with ITF reimbursement processes and NSITF compliance
* Confident and articulate in interactions and presentations.
