Job Title: Workshop Secretary
Location: Suleja, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

* Preparing daily workshop reports
* Receiving calls and responding to inquiries
* Sales and expenditure recording
* Preparing requisitions in liaison with the Workshop Supervisors
* Follow-ups on the status of requisitions involving both purchases/repairs
* Maintenance of workshop personnel attendance records
* Any other duties assigned by the management.


Requirements

* Candidates should possess an OND / HND result with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
* Candidate Must be able to work with little supervision
* Candidate Must be friendly and have good attitude to work
* Candidate Must be well composed.
