Job Title: Head of Partnership and Fundraising
Location: Ibadan, Oyo


Summary

* We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented professional to lead its Partnership and Fundraising strategy.


Key Responsibilities

* Shape and lead country strategy in alignment with global vision
* Cultivate and manage partnerships with donors, corporates, and multilaterals
* Drive fundraising strategy and proposal development
* Oversee program implementation, compliance, and financial stewardship
* Build and mentor a high-performing, mission-aligned team.


Requirements

* Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Development, Policy, Business, or related field
* 5 - 7 years of progressive leadership experience
* Proven success in fundraising and managing high-impact partnerships
* Deep understanding of Nigeria’s development ecosystem
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


Preferred Attributes:

* Entrepreneurial mindset and systems-change approach
* Experience managing cross-sectoral or regional portfolios.
