Job Title: Rigger
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

* Specializes in information communication technology (ICT) integration and connectivity solutions.
* The Rigger will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of telecommunications equipment, including tower climbing, antenna and radio installation, cabling, and related support tasks. The role requires a high level of physical fitness, technical competence, and strict adherence to safety standards.


Responsibilities

* Perform rigging and installation of antennas, radios, cables, and other telecommunication equipment on towers and rooftops.
* Conduct scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of existing equipment and infrastructure.
* Assist with fiber deployment and underground cabling projects as needed.
* Ensure all rigging and climbing activities are carried out in compliance with company safety standards and national regulations.
* Inspect rigging equipment and ensure tools are in proper working condition before use.
* Support the engineering team with network installation and integration.
* Prepare daily work logs and site reports.
* Participate in safety drills and toolbox talks.
* Travel to various sites across Nigeria as required.


Requirements

* Minimum of OND in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications rigging or tower climbing.
* Valid working-at-height certification is required.
* Familiarity with RF, microwave, or LTE equipment is an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Physically fit, with no height phobia.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.

Salary
N400,000 - N700,000 per month.
