Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
* Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to improve performance.
* Set and track sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
* Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and brand positioning.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any sales-related issues promptly.
* Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.


Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years experience.


Salary
N400,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
